All the products sold by www.flavonnindia.com qualify for free exchange or replacement within 7 days from the date your order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.The original invoice should be sent along with the return for us to process the claim.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 7 days from the date your order ships.

Clearance items are not eligible for return.
On successful receipt and processing of your return, refunds will be made to the payment facility you used for making the payment, i.e. the payment gateway will transfer the amount back to your card or bank account or if you wish,an amount equal to the value of goods returned minus any applicable shipping charges and discounts will be credited to your flavonnindia.com account in the form of store credits..
A notification informing the same will be sent to your registered email address. You will be able to use this store credit for any subsequent purchases at www.flavonnindia.com. If for some reason we are unable to accept the return, you will be informed accordingly. Once the products are received by us, we will process the refunds within 1-2 days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or alternatively have the amount adjusted against a fresh order
